Donald DeMarco, Ph.D., is a senior fellow of HLI America, an Initiative of Human Life International. He is professor emeritus at St. Jerome's University in Waterloo, Ontario, and an adjunct professor at Holy Apostles College & Seminary in Cromwell, Connecticut.
